Aquatic Programs for People with Arthritis (Arthritis Foundation YMCA Aquatic Program)

The Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program is offered by local YMCAs, YWCAs, health clubs and rehabilitation facilities. This warm water recreational program is designed for people with arthritis and gives them an opportunity to do gentle exercises with guidance from a trained instructor. The pool offers a friendly, comfortable environment for swimmers and non-swimmers. Swimming is not required.
