The Arthritis Foundation receives donations from people like you in payroll deduction campaigns in the workplace.
Payroll deduction is simple and effective. You authorize your employer to deduct a specific amount of money from each paycheck. The Arthritis Foundation then uses your contribution to fund programs and service for people who have arthritis. The Foundation also funds research to find a cure for the many types of arthritis.
As a member of Community Health Charities of Maryland, the state’s largest federation of charitable health organizations, we also participate in several United Way campaigns. By the way, if your employer does not conduct a campaign, please let us know. We can contact your employer about setting up a campaign. It costs your employer nothing. And doing a Community Health Charities of Maryland campaign can even benefit your employer.
Please remember the Arthritis Foundation when asked to give to workplace giving payroll deduction campaigns. NOTE - you must designate the appropriate agency numbers on your donor option card. (Request this special form.) Numbers for the Arthritis Foundation are:
