The annual Theatre Party is the premier event of the Arthritis Foundation. It is also the major fundraising event for the Long Island Chapter, greatly adding to the support of programs and services as well as local and national arthritis research.

This year's gala is slated for the Friday evening's November 6th performance of Broadway Musical Revival "WEST SIDE STORY" at the Palace Theatre. A sumptuous champagne dessert reception follows the performance in the theatre's lobby. Individual tickets are available at a cost of $250 per ticket.

Event Honoree Daniel Murphy, Chairman and CEO, Madison National Bank, will receive the 2009 Leslie C. Quick, Jr. Life Enrichment Award at the gala recognizing his work on behalf of the community and people with arthritis.
