Your participation helps the Arthritis Foundation take steps toward fighting arthritis, America's number one cause of disability. Men, women, and children with arthritis lead the way wearing special blue "hero" hats to show that they are taking control of their arthritis. During the walk participants have a special opportunity to write an inspirational message on the Wall of Heroes.

The best way to enjoy the Arthritis WalkSM is to invite others to walk with you. Anyone can participate. You can recruit co-workers, friends, family, neighbors, whomever, and get them to join in the fun. Start forming a team for the Arthritis WalkSM today! All participants who raise $100 or more will earn an official Arthritis Walk t-shirt. And if you raise more you are eligible for our great incentive prizes.
