Wellness in the Park

Come enjoy a spring morning in the park while learning how to live a strong and healthy life!  The Aging and Wellness Coalition of Sedgwick County and the City of Wichita invite adults 55 and older to Linwood Park on May 9.  The demonstrations will begin at 9 a.m. and will last through the morning until 11:30 a.m.  Fun events, such as Tai Chi, balance and strength activities, and pickle ball are a great way to embrace this active season.  Boxed lunches will be provided for $5 or participants may also eat lunch at the Linwood Senior Dining Center.
