Why Walk?
This team-focused event is a fun and effective way to support the Arthritis Foundation in the prevention, control and cure of arthritis and related diseases. Walkers who raise $100 or more earn an Arthritis Walk t-shirt. Those who raise more than $200 are eligible for fabulous incentive prizes.
The Walkers
Walkers in teams of 10 or more help raise funds to directly support critical arthritis research, health education and government advocacy programs. Participants walk in honor of a friend or family member with arthritis, while those with arthritis wear blue hats to signify their action in taking control of their condition. Pet owners are invited to bring their dogs along for the walk.
