Program Details

Mesa Aquatic - East Valley (Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program)

This class incorporates the buoyancy of water and the soothing warmth of a heated pool to make a safe, ideal environment for relieving arthritis pain and stiffness.  Gentle movements increase joint flexibility and range of motion, while restoring or maintaining muscle strength. The ability to swim is not required.

Courses are led by Arthritis Foundation trained and certified instructors. Pre-registration is required.

Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday, & Friday: 7am-8am

Tuesday & Thursday: 8am-9am
