Fundraising Incentives
*Free Parking on the day of the event for up to 12 hours for all individuals who raise $200 or more
*Receive a Jingle Bell Run running hat OR Jingle Bell Run commemorative Christmas ornament for raising $100
*There are more fundraising rewards when you exceed $250, but those are for total fundraising done through 30 days after the event. We will email you a gift certificate number that you can use online to shop for the incentive prize of your choosing.
Now. for the fine print……
The dollar amount for race day items is per individual participant or volunteer and is determined by a report which will run Friday December 4, 2009 at 1200 pm totaling all fundraising that is done online to that point, and also any offline donations submitted by the participant and received by November 20, 2009. Unfortunately, we can not count pending donations and pending matching gifts in the total amount for these incentive prizes.
If the total number of people fundraising for the Free Parking award does not exceed the Museum Campus Parking authority minimum count requirements by November 20, 2009, individual reimbursement of parking for the race and continued stay at The Field Museum will have to be made via mail for up to $19 paid on that day at the North Garage across McFetridge Dr from The Field Museum. If the number of $200+ fundraisers exceeds the minimum requirements, it will be easier for the Arthritis Foundation to pre-pay and just hand out validation cards to those who qualify – so spread the word.
