For all families affected by juvenile arthritis and other rheumatic diseases (like lupus, ankylosing spondylitis, myositis and more)…

Join us for the Arthritis Foundation's 2009 Holiday Party! This event is a great opportunity for families to come together to take part in Holiday cheer, make new friends and learn about managing juvenile arthritis.

The Holiday Party fun includes:

· Santa with gifts for everyone ages 11 and younger!

· Coping with juvenile arthritis presentation for adults and teens about ways to deal with the emotional effects of living with a chronic illness.

· Chair massages

· Holiday Games for kids!

· Activities to meet other families affected by rheumatic diseases!

· Live music!

· Crafts!

· Food

· Face-Painting!

· Interactive BINGO to get to know kids and families affected by JA!

· Resources table for newly diagnosed families, including a panel of experienced parents of children with JA and a pediatric rheumatologist to answer your questions

Families MUST register in order to attend.
