Form a Team

What is a Team?

A team is a group of two or more walkers joining together to raise money to fight arthritis. Team members can include co-workers, friends, family members, clients, vendors-anyone! Team participation is FUN and EASY! It also makes you eligible for great team prizes.

 

How is a Team Formed?

Establish a team captain who will recruit and lead the team. Leading a team is easy, and involves setting fund-raising goals, supplying registration and donation forms and motivating and inspiring team members. The Arthritis Foundation will provide you with a complete "Team Captain Kit" with everything you need to get started. 

 

Benefits of Team Participation? 

Feel good knowing that you joined a group of people that care enough to directly help the lives of people with arthritis. You'll be able to win great prizes while helping others! Your team could even win the award for highest fundraising team. It's fun! The Arthritis Walk joins people together in a unique and exciting way to support the Arthritis Foundation while participating in a healthy activity.
