Once we receive your form, we will send you out a complete Coordinators Kit for the event, including the music! We will also add your location to our website, so your participants can sign up online in advance and your center gets added publicity. Each participant must complete a participant commitment form, which will be included in your coordinator kit.
Consider taking a step in the right direction by raising funds to fight arthritis. Nearly everyone knows someone who has arthritis, but did you know that 1 in 3 individuals in Pennsylvania are living with arthritis. By fundraising for this event, your participants and facility may be eligible for incentive prizes. Click here for the levels of incentive prizes.
This is a fun, easy way to draw more participants into your class, and to support the Arthritis Foundation.

Arthritis Foundation Affinity Membership Program
The Arthritis Foundation, Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter and Commerce Bank cordially invites you to help raise awareness and needed funds in the fight against arthritis and related diseases by participating in the Affinity Membership Program.
Open a new account at Commerce Bank and they will make a contribution to the Arthritis Foundation, based on the balance in all members’ accounts. This includes Checking, Savings, Money Market, CD and Retirement accounts. Donations can range from ½ % on checking balances and ¼% on savings balances. Member accounts are not affected in any way by these contributions and your account balances are kept strictly confidential.
Already a Commerce customer? You can still join in! Simply visit any Commerce banking location and ask to have your balances included in the Arthritis Foundation Affinity Membership Program! For more information click here or contact the chapter at 215-574-3060.
