Warm-water exercise program designed speficially for people with arthritis and/or impaired joint movement, strength. Not necessary to know how to swim. Free for Health Zone members. Arthritis Membership available for water and land exercise for $45 per month. Advanced Level-T/Th at 10:30 a.m. Basic Level T/Th/F at 1:00 p.m.
