Warm-water exercise program designed specifically for people with arthritis, impaired joint motion, and strength. Not necessary to know how to swim. Pool temperature is 94 degrees. Fee is $5 per session or 12 sessions for $30.M-W-F at 1:00 p.m.T-Th at 4:30 p.m.
