Arthritis Foundation Aquatics Program Leader Training

When you become a program instructor or leader you not only receive specialized training and certification, but also the opportunity to make a difference in your community. You will have the chance to change and improve the lives of those with arthritis.

Newly trained participants must teach six classes after the training class to become fully certified. In order to remain certified by the Arthritis Foundation, you must attend one re-certification training every three years.

Financial assistance for trainings is available. Call for details.

You will need to bring a swimsuit and towel. You will be notified when you are accepted into the course. If the course is full by the time your application is received, you will automatically be placed on a waiting list and notified by mail. You must attend the entire training.
