Join us for our 8th annual Arthritis (Rheumatic Diseases) Spring Family Camp
@ The Painted Turtle!!
The Arthritis Foundation partners with The Painted Turtle, inviting families who are living with the challenges of a medical condition to experience a weekend at camp. Spring Family Weekends include parents and siblings in the enjoyment of an authentic camp experience and offer much-needed respite, recreation, and family time.
Activities include:
- Campfire
- Carnival
- Woodshop
- Fishing and boating
- Arts and crafts
- Ropes course
- Horses
- Archery
- Stage night
- Special Teen Only activities
- Parent Networking
In addition to fun activities, family camp offers the chance to form friendships with families facing similar challenges. And these weekends provide siblings affected by chronic disease the opportunity to receive peer support and engage in creative, constructive outlets.
