ORANGE COUNTY


The Orange County office of the Arthritis Foundation is working to improve the lives of more than 400,000 adults and children with arthritis and related diseases who struggle every day with this serious health epidemic. To help reduce the unacceptable pain, disability and other burdens of arthritis and related diseases, we offer information, events,  advocacy activities and other vital programs and services.

Life Improvement Series:


Take control with the Arthritis Foundation’s Land & Aquatic Exercise Programs that are proven to reduce pain and physician visits, decrease stiffness and increase function.  Tai-Chi and Self-help courses are also offered.  For detailed information, you can view our programs list by clicking and downloading the program schedule under Resources.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES


Become an Arthritis Foundation Certified Instructor – become a leader or instructor or plan and lead quality Arthritis Foundation classes in Aquatic Exercise, Land Exercise, Tai-Chi, and Self-Help.

Become an Arthritis Foundation Office or Special Event Volunteer – You can help make a significant difference by volunteering at our office, walk or other special events.

Become an Arthritis Foundation Ambassador – As an Arthritis Foundation Ambassador, you will represent our organization in various events and/or media interviews, educating & inspiring the general public by sharing your personal stories.  You can help us cultivate and retain relationships with individuals interested in our mission.

Become an Arthritis Advocate – Make your voice heard at the highest levels of government on behalf of people with arthritis.  Become an advocate.
