The Central Coast office of the Arthritis Foundation is working to improve the lives of more than 200,000 adults and children with arthritis and related diseases who struggle every day with this serious health epidemic. To help reduce the unacceptable pain, disability and other burdens of arthritis and related diseases, we offer information, events, advocacy activities and other vital programs and services. PUBLIC HEALTH PROGRAMSLife Improvement Series Take control with the Arthritis Foundation's Land and Aquatic Exercise Programs that are proven to reduce pain and physician visits, decrease stiffness and increase function. Self-help courses and support groups are also offered.
