To help reduce the unacceptable pain, disability and other burdens of arthritis and related diseases, we offer information, events, advocacy activities and other vital programs and services.Life Improvement ProgramsOur Branch sponsors hundreds of Arthritis Foundation Land and Aquatic Exercise programs as well as Tai Chi classes to help people to literally get back on their feet!
