Black Currant Oil

Origin:
Black currant seed oil is obtained from seeds of the black currant. Black currant seed oil contains 15 to 20 percent gamma-linolenic acid (GLA). Do not confuse with black currant berry.
Dosage:
Liquid and capsules; typical dosage ranges from 360 mg to 3,000 mg daily.

Black currant oil may increase immune response in elderly.
