Highlights from the 2009 Advocacy and Kids Summit

In 2009, advocates from across the country came together on Capitol Hill, March 2 - 4. They visited Senators and U.S. Representatives to let them know that more needs to be done for people and children with arthritis. Check out our first person interviews of some of the participants.

Advocates at the Summit:

  • Attended Training workshops;
  • Learned how best to communicate with their elected officials;
  • Networked with fellow advocates.
