It's all about you this holiday season. Feel better and live easier with products that are bound to improve your health and peace of mind.
As a child, no doubt, you spent countless hours each holiday season preparing a wish list of gifts you hoped to receive. But you wouldn't dream of making a wish list now. That would be self-indulgent, right?
For the sake of improving your well-being, we're here to change your mind. It's OK to ask family and friends to treat you to good health this holiday season. The truth is, your loved ones would appreciate a little gift-giving guidance. What's more, even etiquette guru Peggy Post approves of wish lists - as long as you tastefully get the word out about your holiday desires. (For specific etiquette advice from Post, see
"How to Express Your Wishes -
Graciously.")
If you're not quite convinced, check out the fabulous gift ideas on the following pages. Many of these products will help take the hassle out of everyday tasks. Others will provide pain relief or a respite from the stress in your life. While some are practical and others are for pampering yourself, these gifts - whether big, small, pricey or inexpensive - are bound to make you live easier and feel better.
So don't be shy. Grab a pad and pen, and read on. Here's to all your holiday wishes coming true!
